Diet Analysis
     Budding Baby will work with you to address all particular nutritional issues and, together with you and your physician, create healthy and practical solutions.  Our Nutritionist/Dietitian will analyze you and/or your child's current dietary routines, discuss nutritional goals and lifestyles, and create an effective nutrition plan to meet the established needs. 

Nutrition Counseling
     Budding Baby provides private nutrition counseling to facilitate successful nutritional changes - you will be provided the tools to achieve your nutritionally related goals. When pertinent, we will discuss lab values, foods and their influence on health, nutrition needs during pregnancy, current topics and trends in the nutrition arena, etc.  Our Nutritionist/Dietitian will work with you to create a firm nutritional foundation.  In addition, Budding Baby will help you overcome common issues such as weight management, infertility, insulin resistance, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), food allergies, food intolerances, breastfeeding and formula needs, the introduction of solids, childhood obesity, etc.

Menu Planning
     Budding Baby will plan meals to address you and/or your child's nutritional needs.  Menu plans will be created that will promote health and well being. Budding Baby will work with you by appointment, in person, by phone or by email, to assist you in reaching you and/or your child's nutritional best.  Additionally, meal plans will be customized to deal specifically with medical conditions such as diabetic diets, specific food allergies and intolerances (including but not limited to lactose and wheat intolerance, diary, casein, gluten, egg), low glycemic index diets, low sugar diets, celiac, weight management, and other special requirements. 

Recipe Analysis
     Budding Baby performs detailed recipe analyses and formats these according to the clients' individual needs and requests.  Budding Baby will prepare a Nutrition Facts label based on the analysis of the recipe and provide you specific information regarding the nutritional advantage (or disadvantage) of each ingredient.  Our Nutritionist/Dietitian can also modify recipes, addressing the particular nutritional needs of the client.
